Nissi Infotech (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates the Eblackdog Security Guard Tracking and Patrol Management System (EPMANSYS) and Patrol Visit Management System.

a) Personal and Account Information
Name, email, phone number, company name, employee/guard ID
Login credentials and user roles
Payment and subscription data (if applicable)
b) Location Data
GPS coordinates during patrols, escort runs, or route monitoring
Checkpoint scans (QR/NFC/GPS) with timestamps and accuracy radius
Background location (for continuous patrol tracking, only when enabled)
c) Media Data
Photos and videos uploaded as part of patrol visits or incident reports
Metadata such as date, time, and location of media files
d) Device & Log Data
Device type, OS, app version, unique device ID, IP address
Crash logs, usage analytics, and performance metrics
e) Communication Data
Messages or alerts sent via in-app chat, panic button, or email notifications

Patrol data (GPS, scans, media) is stored securely on India-based servers (DigitalOcean/AWS).
Backup copies may be stored in Bangalore /Singapore or the U.S., protected by equivalent safeguards.
Patrol media and logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Account and billing data are retained as long as your account is active or as required by law.
We may share limited data with:
Authorized clients or employers (for guard tracking and report access)
Cloud service providers (hosting, storage, SMS/call, and email providers)
Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, when required by law
Internal developers or support staff for troubleshooting
