Modules of eblackdog patrol VISIT management system (ePV-MANSYS)

EBLACKDOG IS THE SOFTWARE FOR SECURITY GUARDS , FACILITY, MAN POWER OUTSOURCING AND PAYROLL SERVICE PROVIDING COMPANIES ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

1. Guard Mobile App module:

a. Secure login,
b. View the “check list “ of clients on what has to be checked by the “security guard” and start the RUN (daily work)
c. Capture the “video & photos related to the “check list “ of clients and upload to admin portal automatically from (ePV-MANSYS) mobile app

2. Admin Portal module: Client & property management, checklist builder, guard assignment, report approval, auto/manual email.

a. Add clients to the admin
b. Add their properties
c. Add the “check list “ of clients on what has to be checked by the “security guard”
d. manage properties and assign the properties by listing them to “security guard” in mobile app
e. assign “security guard” to the properties
f. receive the “video & photos related to the “check list “ of clients to admin portal of (ePV-MANSYS)
g. and deliver reports to clients automatically /or check and forward manually (both facilities will be available in (ePV-MANSYS)

3. Client Portal module

a. Clients can view property reports, “video & photos related to the “check list “ media, by logging into “client portal” by themselves instead of receiving the photos and videos throw mail attachments
b. If the clients do not opt for this , they will be sent their photos and videos through a “downloadable link” to their email where they can download all their photos and videos and check the reports sent by their guards. (this facility is not included in client portal)
